• Tie in winter black

• Winter padded bomber jacket with traffic patches and TED collar pins

• NYPD hi viz traffic vest with silver traffic badge on leather holder with name plate

• NYPD issue navy blue cargo trousers and trouser belt

• Black combat style boots
