3. Use in Productions

You understand that your listing may be viewed by production companies, filmmakers, and other industry professionals. Any agreement for vehicle use—including fees, transport, insurance, or liability—will be negotiated directly between you and the interested party. We do not act as an agent or intermediary.

By uploading images and descriptions, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display, promote, and share your listing for the purpose of connecting with potential clients. You retain full ownership of your content.

You agree to respond professionally to inquiries and maintain respectful communication with potential clients. Misrepresentation, inappropriate behavior, or failure to honor agreed terms may result in removal from the directory.
 

6. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any damages, disputes, or losses arising from the use of your vehicle in productions. All arrangements are made at your own discretion and risk.
 

7. Listing Review and Removal

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove listings that do not meet our quality standards, violate our policies, or receive complaints. You may request removal of your listing at any time.
